US Congresswoman refuses to answer detailed questions of census

Michelle Bachmann, a Minnesota Republican, cites privacy concerns in her refusal to fill out detailed part of the census questionaire.

A spokeswoman for Census Bureau says refusal to answer any questions is a violation of law and punishable by a fine of up to $5,000.
