ReplyDeleteOne thing I’ll never understand is when a country is so poor, why do they invest so heavily in bureaucracy? Let’s see in Haiti it takes 405 days to buy land, 1179 days to build an example building like a warehouse. Too bad they can’t take lessons from their neighbors in the Dominican Republic and streamline procedures.
